The freedom of movement is very important in a healthy and natural development of children. Children should not be rushed into faster physical development. To promote healthy joints, muscles and bones, your child should learn all movement skills by himself. Your child will know by himself when he is ready for more advanced movements and activities. Provide him with a safe and inspiring environment and watch him become more agile with each day!

The width of the construction is 82,5 cm ( 32 1/2 in).

Each segment is 68 cm (26.77 in) long. The dimensions of the whole frame depends on the angle - the highest position is 60 cm (23 3/5 in) high.

Sizes of sliding and climbing ramp are: 40*117 cm (15 3/4 * 46 in) - width, length.

Suggested age: from 12 months.

Material: Birch plywood (ramp and side boards - varnished), birch rods (untreated).

Treatment: water-based UV varnish.

Personalization is available only for our helper towers.

The activity toys (climbing frames) are tested and certified under European Union Harmonised Standards Toy Safety regulations that are internationally accepted (directive 2009/48/EC).

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the confirmation of the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for ordered goods with customized designs (e.g. personalization).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the item without confirmation from us. To resolve the complaint, you are welcome to contact us via e-mail: support@ettetete.com.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
