Quick delivery and very fleer instructions for assembly. My child was using this since his first birthday supervised but absolutely lovesss it! It’s also encouraged him so he’s standing by himself on the ground unassisted! Haven’t flipped to seating mode yet but love everything so far. Bought the yellow which is a reason I picked this company over another. I haven’t need to use the extra leg supports yet (not sure why I need them but bought them anyway). Product feels safe and can’t wait for little on to get cooking with us!
Our toddler loves this tower, both in standing mode and as a desk. It's great. Beware though if you are ordering from the UK - we unexpectedly had to pay import duty (c£35) which is quite a significant additional cost.

A beautiful and high quality product, my daughter loves it! Also, we made a mistake while assembling it so we damaged one of the parts. I contacted customer service and they had this part ready for shipping the next day with no extra cost :)

Grūti pielikt. Līdzi nāk mazs instruments, ar ko pievilkt. Ar to tikt var līdz pusei. Ar skrūvgriezi vēl nedaudz tālāk. Labi, ka bija skrūvpistole. Citādi iekšā tās skrūves dabūt nevar. Lietojamība laba. Tornis noteikti ir stabilāks.
Der Lernturm macht einen stabilen Eindruck, hochwertige Verarbeitung, mittelschweres Holz (nicht so einfach durch Kinder zu verschieben) - Die zusätzlich zu erwerbenden Standfüße sollten bei Werk dabei sein, ohne diese ist der Lernturm zu gefährlich, da er leicht durch wackeln des Kindes kippt und leider besteht diese Gefahr in geringeren Umfang trotz der Füße immernoch und zwar nach hinten (Kind hält sich an Metallstange fest und wackelt). Zu unserer Freude haben wir aber feststellen dürfen, dass zwei Kinder (1, 3 J) nebeneinander drauf passen und das ist wirklich schön wenn sie so nah beieinander werkeln können, fördert die Bindung zueinander. Die Klappfunktion zum Tisch ist super und wird sehr gerne genutzt von beiden Kindern. Jedoch wäre hier ein Schutz für die Schaniere empfehlenswert, da sie von den Kindern leicht zu öffnen sind und damit Kippgefahr besteht. Fazit: Die Standfüße müssen überarbeitet werden, im Lernturm Paket mit inbegriffen werden und die Schaniere fester bzw geschützt werden, damit sie nicht von Kindern aufgemacht werden können. Dann ist das eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Ansonsten muss man bei kleinen wilden Kindern, die gerne wackeln gut aufpassen und immer prüfen ob alle Schaniere zu sind.
Love the product, it is beautiful and easy to put together. I took one star away because the cross headed small screws could be torx. The tiny ones go round very easily.
We love it! A few improvements could do though; it’s very easy to unlock the locks, which our toddler keeps doing so we constantly have to make sure he is not standing in it without the locks being secured, which is the case many times. Apart from that, the color has already come off after only a few weeks usage - being a product for kids it needs to be a bit more resistant to wear and tear than that, in my opinion. Never the less, we still love it and our toddler thinks it’s great to climb up and down on his own. We would definitely buy it again, but probably in plain wood instead of painted since the paint comes off so quickly.

It is possible to personalize the helper towers with a name or a word of your choice. The cost of this service is an additional €8.
Do products come assembled?
No. Our products come disassembled to reduce the cost of transportation and the possibility of damage done while transporting. And they come with an assembly instruction in paper or video format.
How to store the climbing frame while it is not in use?
Climbing frame can be disassembled by unmounting the handles with the threaded rod. This allows you to divide it into sections, which can be easily stored under a bed/behind a closet and in similar places.
How to clean the helper towers and climbing frames?
You can use a damp cloth to clean all of our products whenever it is needed. Make sure it is completely dry before your child starts to use the product again.
If your child pours some liquid on the item, please clean it off as soon as possible to avoid slipping and traumas, as well as to prevent the possible damage of the product.
Please also note that these products are not for outdoor use and rain, cold or direct sunlight can influence the product longevity.
